CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited ("CIFH")
CIFH is the financial flagship of CITIC Group outside mainland China.

CITIC Group currently owns over 60% stake in China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited which, in turn, indirectly owns 100% stake in CIFH.

CIFH is an investment holding company with interests mainly in commercial banking through its majority-owned subsidiary, China CITIC Bank International Limited (formerly named as CITIC Ka Wah Bank Limited).

Ithmaar has been a shareholder of CIAM since 2006.

ITOCHU has been a shareholder of CIAM since 2011.

ITOCHU was set up since 1858 in Japan and listed in various exchanges in Japan. ITOCHU ranked 215th in the Fortune 500 in 2017.

ITOCHU has approximately 130 bases in 68 countries. ITOCHU, one of the leading sogo shosha, is engaging in domestic trading, import/export, and overseas trading of various products such as textile, information and communications technology, machinery, energy, metals, minerals, chemicals, forest products, general merchandise, food, construction, realty, finance, insurance, and logistics services, as well as business investment in Japan and overseas.

CSI has been a shareholder of CIAM since 2018.

CSI AMC Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities International Company Limited, which is wholly owned by CITIC Securities Company Limited.
