CPA of Australian Society of CPA. Graduated at Monash University, Australia, double degrees with major in Accounting and Information System.

Mr. Chan had been the Vice President in CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited since July 2020, and Head of Operation in SPDB International Holdings Limited since January 2016. Previously, he had over 26 years of operating fund administration and experience in various positions in financial institutions including ICBC International Holdings Limited, Fortis Prime Fund Solution (Asia) Limited and JP Morgan Asset Management Limited.
