Appointed as Director and CEO of the Company and Director of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited in October 2020 and November 2020 respectively.

Had been the Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Party Member of the Credit Card Center of China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (“CNCB”).

Joined CNCB in 1989 and had been Assistant President of the Guangzhou Branch and Shenzhen Branch. Appointed Vice President of the Credit Card Center in June 2004 and further appointed Chief Risk Officer in April 2019, till early 2021.

Senior economist. Graduated at School of Computer Science, Fudan University and further obtained Master of Business Administration in Executive Management, Royal Roads University in Canada.
