Appointed as Director of the Company on 29 November 2023.

Mr. CHEN is currently a Director and General Manager of CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited. He joined China CITIC Bank in 2002 and has held various positions including General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department, Investment Banking Department of Hangzhou Branch and had been the Assistant President, Party Committee Member and Vice President of Hangzhou Branch, and also the Chairman of Zhejiang Linan CITIC Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd..

Mr. Chen graduated in 1998 from the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, majoring in State-owned Assets Management, and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
