Mr. Matsuo joined ITOCHU Corporation in 1993 and is currently the Director of Itochu East Asia Bloc ICT & Financial Business Division, Managing Director of ITOCHU Finance (Asia) Limited.

Started his career at real estate industry in ITOCHU and expanded his career into the financial field since 2000 when he was appointed as General Manager of the finance business department and has served as director at multiple finance companies including Pocket Card, Gaitame.com, Paidy, Acom Consumer Finance etc.

Holds a Bachelor of Law from Waseda University, Japan and a MBA from Waseda Business School.
